Talks

OR-FACE offers free toolbox talks that provides guided group discussions on safety hazards and preventive action plans for your organization. Use these toolbox talks during your safety meetings and daily briefings.

Toolbox Talks are developed by the Oregon Fatality Assessment & Control Evaluation (OR-FACE), a NIOSH sponsored program housed within Oregon Institute of Occupational Health Sciences at OHSU. OR-Face is a program designed to prevent occupational fatalities through surveillance, targeted investigation, assessment, and outreach associated with traumatic work-related deaths in Oregon.

The OR-FACE program also publishes Investigation Reports and Annual Reports.
